  2. Have proof that you have booked the A/V Suites

To submit your project please:

  1. Upload your project to GoogleDrive, YouTube, Dropbox, etc.
  2. Submit Your Name, Link & Proof of Booking to

Only one person can submit a project. If you have created your project
together, only one person can submit the project.
A project can not be submitted multiple times.

The A/V Edit Suites are set up to facilitate recording and editing of audio-visual formats such as audio recordings, music, film editing, oral history interviews, etc. They are all sound dampened and equipped with Mac Pro computers and the latest Mac OS.

New Card Access

New Card Access Available!

With the installation of card readers, access to the AV Edit Suites on the 3rd floor is changing. Students & staff now can pass an orientation & quiz ( to receive UniCard access to the suite doors.  This will allow you to check yourself in as well as access the suites outside Lab NEXT & Student Navigator hours.  After completing the quiz, door access will be enabled within 1-2 days.  While your card access is being processed, you can still use the A/V Suites from Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and on weekends from 10am-4pm. Please check in with the service desk to receive access.

All A/V Edit Suites contain a midi keyboard, Sennheiser MK4 Condenser Microphone, and standard A/V recording and editing software.

The suites contain identical recording equipment, but suite 340A contains a USB switch that allows the user to connect and record the microphone to their own device. Suites 340B, 340C and 340D can only record to the provided Mac Pro computer.

Please note that the A/V suites have a strict 2 person limit due to restrictions on space and furniture.
