EDGAR
ANNUAL REPORTS 10-K and PROXY STATEMENT DEF 14A - For U.S.companies the Proxy Statement (DEF 14A) provides compensation information and shareholder resolutions. The 10-K or annual report is also a useful document. These reports are available in the EDGAR database. (EDGAR Tutorial)
