Create a unified repository solution for academic outputs that is hosted, sustainable, simplified and integrated on campus.
About the Vendor
We have engaged Atmire to execute our repository upgrade. Atmire is a well known vendor within the DSpace community.

Timeline
RFQ | During the RFQ process we accepted quotes from different DSpace vendors to upgrade the repository to our request requirements. Atmire was selected as our preferred vendor.

The Build | The Build phase included Atmire implementation of a cloud-hosted DSpace repository, engagement with key stakeholders in LCR and FGS, UCIT integration of Shibboleth authentication.

Soft Launch & Rollout | LibAnswers FAQs and a LibGuide with training documentation and help guides will be ready for the production roll out.

Training & Improvement | Training and Improvement includes the delivery of training to key stakeholders, improvements to learning materials and administrative tweaks to the repository. |
