Indexes and provides selected full text of doctoral dissertations and master's theses worldwide, most are North American though.

Provides fulltext of dissertations and master's theses from 1997 to the present.  Proquest has started retrospective digitization of dissertations/theses as well.  Over 1.2 million full text dissertations that are available for download in PDF format.
