Archives and Special Collections (ASC)

This guide is intended to help you get started with your archival and rare book research at the University of Calgary.

Glenbow Finding Aids

ASC is currently in the process of migrating archival descriptions from the Glenbow Library and Archives Finding Aids page to Search Archives.

To search the Glenbow Finding Aids page, use the search bar at the top of the page.

Once your search is completed, you can browse through the titles of various fonds and collections. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see more results.

For those descriptions that are in Search Archives, you will be automatically redirected to the appropriate page by clicking the title.

For those descriptions that have not been migrated to Search Archives, you will be provided with a listing of the contents for that fonds or collection.

Once you locate the material you are interested in accessing, contact the Glenbow Library and Archives.
