SPARC’s Author Rights Initiative  (Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition)
This initiative informs faculty across all disciplines about how to use the SPARC Author Addendum to secure rights to distribute copies of their own articles on websites and institutional repositories.

Plagiarism refers to using someone else’s words or ideas in a written or oral presentation as if they were your own. If you are charged with plagiarism "you can fail an assignment, fail a course, or be suspended from the University."
