About the Digital Media Commons
The Digital Media Commons is located on the third floor of the Taylor Family Digital Library between the Student Success Centre and Lab NEXT. All equipment is open and accessible to everyone. It can be booked on the Library homepage.

| The Video Creation Room is fully equipped to bring your ideas to life with studio lighting, versatile green and neutral backgrounds, high-quality microphones, and adjustable tripods. Use the provided camcorder or your own device to create content, record interviews, or produce tutorials. |
Book our Virtual reality studio to explore existing virtual reality environments at room scale, or to develop and test original applications. |
Use one of our four sound-proof A/V suites to create professional quality projects. |
The Visualization Studio is designed for use by faculty, graduate students and other collaborators. University of Calgary faculty may book the Visualization Studio for up to seven consecutive days. |
