Details for applications, filing documents, notices, rules, consultations, approvals, claims, standing, jurisdiction and powers, hearings and appeal/review processes may be found on each body's website. - Canadian Human Rights CommissionThe Canadian Human Rights Commission is an independent body established by Parliament in 1977. It carries out its mandate at arms-length from the Government of Canada.
