LAW Students' Scholarly Writing

The purpose of this guide is to provide students with resources discussing the process of writing a scholarly paper, whether a law review article, note or case comment, a seminar paper, or thesis.

There are several writing competitions for law students in Canada and the United States.  The Canadian Bar Association has a comprehensive list of writing competitions and calls for papers.
