Use the Library's main search box to locate books, hard copy and digital. 

You can request that an item be delivered to any branch library. 

The Library has a digital preferred policy, so most newer books are digital only.

Many older books and journals have been moved to offsite storage (HDL).

From U of C Libraries

A request can be placed on any non-reserve book, whether it is on the shelf or checked out. 

If the book is checked out, the due date will be shortened to ten days from the date the request is placed.

If the U of C Library does not have the books you need, you can borrow them at no charge.  Request an Interlibrary Loan
