 To Find:  Kits/Realia

• Combine your topic search with the word kit.  Then repeat your search using the word realia
  • E.g. India kit; then India realia.
• Conduct your topic search and use the catalog's Item Type filter to select kit and realia
• Conduct your topic search and use the catalog's Library filter category to limit to Doucette Library. The limit Item Type filer to kit and realia​​​​​​​.

 To Find: DVDs and streaming video

• In Advanced Search, add the term videorecording into a second search field in your search 
• In Advanced Search or using the catalog filters, limit Item Type to Video

 To Find: Posters or Maps

• To find posters:
  • Conduct your topic search, limit Library catalog filter to Doucette Library, under Location filter look for Doucette Library Poster Collection OR filter to Image item type.
  • OR conduct your topic search, limit Library catalog filter to Doucette Library, under Item Type filter limit to Image.
• To find maps:
  • Add the term cartographic material to your geographic keyword search
    • E.g. Calgary cartographic material
  • OR Conduct your geographic keyword search, using the catalog Item Type filter limit to maps, and limit Library catalog filter to Doucette Library
