Solubility
Sources with data
- IUPAC-NIST solubility database (NIST Standard Reference Database 106) - click Search Menu. ~5,200 systems, 67,500 solubility measurements. "Mutual solubilities and liquid-liquid equilibria of binary, ternary and quaternary systems are presented. Typical solvents and solutes include water, sea water, heavy water, inorganic compounds, and a variety of organic compounds such as hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, acids, esters and nitrogen compounds." Data comes from the Solubility Data Series
Titles of included volumes (20, 37, 38, 57-60, 62, 66-73, 77, 78) - Solubility data series (a subset of these are in the IUPAC-NIST Solubility Database, above) online
- Reaxys (formerly CrossFire)
- CRC handbook of chemistry and physics - Has a table of solubility product constants; values are calculated from the Free Energies of Formation. "Physical constants of organic compounds" and "Physical constants of inorganic compounds" has columns for solubility.
